Online sessions seem to be the new thing! Here at SeniorsFitness, we have been doing our online sessions since the beginning of COVID. We have a range of different classes available to suit your needs.

Online Fitness Sessions by SeniorsFitness

Total body Fitness Classes

30 or 40 min class. Involves body weight exercises designed to increase heart rate, strengthen muscles and release endorphins. This is a great class to improve your mood and develop your overall fitness and health. (Some classes are claimable through your private health fund). All you need is a step, some dumbbells/cans and a chair!

Pilates

A 30 minute class, simply requiring your body weight which is an excellent class that assists in improving core strength. Participating in this low-impact class will help you develop your posture, flexibility, muscular control and endurance. Available online on Mondays at 10.30am.

Yoga

Yoga is for everyone of any age. It's not about touching your toes, it' all about your breath, so if you can breath you can practice yoga with SeniorsFitness!

30 mins Foam Rolling and Mobility Class

Slowly and steadily increases your flexibility and massage out those tight muscles. All you need is a long foam roller, spikey or tennis ball (you can use any ball the size of a cricket ball), and your own lounge room!
