Virtual Exercise Physiology Sessions

SeniorsFitness offers online Exercise Physiology sessions. We work with what equipment (if any) at your own home. This is a great way to work on an individualised exercise program and to progress as clinically necessary for your goals, injuries and medical conditions in the comfort of your own home. These sessions can be claimed through your private health fund if applicable.

Virtual Exercise Physiology Sessions by SeniorsFitness

Initial Assessment

We will assess you based on your current goals and health conditions. This can include your movement patterns, strength, and balance to name a few.

Private sessions

These 45 or 30 minutes sessions provide you with an individualised online exercise session with unconditional attention to detail. Whether it be ongoing weekly sessions or one off sessions to keep your program up to date.

Don't live near our clinic?

If you are unable to make it into our clinic, we are able to effectively guide you through an individualised exercise program to ensure you can stay on track with your goals.

Using our exercise prescription software, we are able to seamlessly provide a full consultation in the comfort of your own home via video streaming. We want to make sure you get the same high level of care, no matter where you are in Australia.
