This is an advantage to anyone with the disease and/or wanting to prevent the disease (Type 2) with the large knowledge and experience she has.

With over seven years of experience as an exercise physiologist, I have established a solid foundation in the field of health and fitness. Prior to my role as an exercise physiologist, I spent numerous years as a personal trainer, honing my skills and expanding my knowledge in guiding individuals towards their fitness goals. Throughout the past decade, I have developed a particular expertise in seniors' health, recognizing the unique needs and considerations that come with aging. In addition to my qualifications as an exercise physiologist, I am also a certified pilates instructor, allowing me to incorporate this highly beneficial form of exercise into my clients' programs. Moreover, I am an ANF therapist, further enhancing my ability to provide holistic care and support to my clients. With this extensive background and diverse skill set, I am equipped to deliver comprehensive and tailored services to individuals of all ages and health conditions.
