Emily dedicates her time as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, delivering the best service for all clients. Her vision and goals are to maintain and improve her clients independence and mobility, while increasing their strength, fitness and energy levels.

Emily provides individualised programs for all health conditions including the healthy population.  She has a strong interest in Diabetes as a Type 1 Diabetic herself, having experienced injections, pump therapy and CGM. This is an advantage to anyone with the disease and/or wanting to prevent the disease (Type 2) with the large knowledge and experience she has.

With over seven years of experience as an exercise physiologist, I have established a solid foundation in the field of health and fitness. Prior to my role as an exercise physiologist, I spent numerous years as a personal trainer, honing my skills and expanding my knowledge in guiding individuals towards their fitness goals. Throughout the past decade, I have developed a particular expertise in seniors' health, recognizing the unique needs and considerations that come with aging. In addition to my qualifications as an exercise physiologist, I am also a certified pilates instructor, allowing me to incorporate this highly beneficial form of exercise into my clients' programs. Moreover, I am an ANF therapist, further enhancing my ability to provide holistic care and support to my clients. With this extensive background and diverse skill set, I am equipped to deliver comprehensive and tailored services to individuals of all ages and health conditions.
