Initial Assessment Package

The Initial Assessment Package is 3 x Private sessions with an Exercise Physiologist. 
 
In your initial assessment, we will discuss your current health conditions / concerns, and conduct some physical assessments to determine how we can help you!
This information is collected so that we can design an individualised exercise program specific to your needs.
 
Your second visit is where we will go through the program we have specifically designed for you. You will learn how to do your exercises safely and with the correct technique!
 
Your third and last initial assessment session will teach you how to set up the equipment properly and go through your program again thoroughly and safely.
