AIM/WAVES Group Exercises
At Strive Motion, we are excited and honoured to take the reins of the WAVES and AIM group exercise classes, previously run by Prince of Wales Hospital (POWH) for over 40 years. These classes have been a cornerstone of the community, offering land-based, water-based and online exercise programs that help people regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Our mission is to carry forward this legacy, making these vital programs even more accessible. With a focus on improving overall well-being, we provide a supportive and welcoming environment where participants can build strength, improve balance, and enjoy an active lifestyle.

Services
At Strive Motion, we offer group exercise classes to help you stay active and healthy. Choose from our WAVES water-based classes, AIM land-based sessions, or Online options. Usually, all classes run during school terms, ranging from 9-11 weeks*, for just $65 per term + transaction fees (if any). Join us to build strength and stay connected with your community!

*As a once off, and during the set up of the new business - the first term starting on November 11th, 2024 will run for 7 weeks.

Online Group Exercise Classes
For those seeking the convenience of exercising from home, we offer 45-minute online group exercise classes. These virtual sessions provide a structured workout led by our experienced trainers, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. Join from anywhere and stay active with a community of participants, all while enjoying the convenience of home-based exercise.
WAVES: Water-Based Group Exercise Classes
Our WAVES classes offer gentle, low-impact movement in water, perfect for improving mobility and flexibility. Designed for those seeking a safe and supportive environment, these sessions focus on enhancing strength and balance while reducing strain on the joints. WAVES is not hydrotherapy but a fun and engaging way to exercise, ideal for those looking for a gentle, water-based workout.
AIM: Land-Based Exercise Groups
Our AIM exercise classes are 45-60 minutes of light to moderate intensity training designed to boost your strength, endurance, and mobility. These group sessions provide a structured, supportive environment where participants can work at their own pace, focusing on improving fitness levels and preventing injuries. Whether you’re looking to regain momentum or maintain your health, these classes are a great fit.
