Total body Fitness Classes (Any membership or session coupon required)

30 or 40 min class. Involves body weight exercises designed to increase heart rate, strengthen muscles and release endorphins. This is a great class to improve your mood and develop your overall fitness and health. (Some classes are claimable through your private health fund). Please have a chair (cushion if too low), some weights/drink bottles/cans, and a step!

Yoga (Premium Membership or session coupon required)

Yoga is for everyone of any age. It's not about touching your toes, it' all about your breath, so if you can breath you can practice yoga with SeniorsFitness! All you need is a space to do it in!

30 mins Foam Rolling and Mobility Class (Premium Membership or session coupon required)

Join our Fun, gentle and enthusiastic members today in our gentle foam rolling and mobility class! Slowly and steadily increases your flexibility and massage out those tight muscles. All you need is a long foam roller, spikey or tennis ball (you can use any ball the size of a cricket ball), and your own lounge room

Pilates (Premium Membership or session coupon required)

A 30 minute class, simply requiring your body weight which is an excellent class that assists in improving core and glute strength. Participating in this low-impact class will help you develop your posture, flexibility, muscular control and endurance. Available online on Mondays at 10.30am for half an hour.
