Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Seniors Fitness has moved all group classes online. We have had to cut down the classes and therefore, for the unforeseeable future, we will be conducting two different online sessions:

Pilates:

A 30 minute class, simply requiring your body weight which is an excellent class that assists in improving core strength. Participating in this low-impact class will help you develop your posture, flexibility, muscular control and endurance. Available online on Mondays and Thursdays at 10.30am.

​

Fitness Class:

A 45 minute class that involves body weight exercises designed to increase heart rate, strengthen muscles and release endorphins. This is a great class to improve your mood and develop your overall fitness and health during this isolating period!

 

In order to participate in these online classes, the only equipment you will need is a small floor space, a device with internet connection (e.g. computer/i-pad/smartphone), weights (e.g. can of beans/ 2 bottles filled with water/rice/flour - be creative!) in order to provide a little bit of resistance. The weights are not 100% necessary so don't stress if you don't have access to some!
