Mat Pilates- 40 mins- A Pilates class using just your body weight. This is a great class to improve strength and lengthen your body, improve flexibility and core strength. 

Better Balance- 30 mins- A Class designed to improve balance and increase confidence. This will reduce the likelihood of falls. **Please be advised you need to book in for this class in advance.  

 

Heart smart-40mins- Heart Smart will get your heart pumping and get you energised. This is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and overall energy. 

Parkinson's Specific- 30 mins- Neuro-active exercise can slow Parkinson’s down and help you to move better, and ultimately feel better. This class includes specific exercises to help gradually builds your confidence. 

Strength circuit- 40 mins-Circuit class that uses resistance exercise to increase strength and stability. 

Diabetes Specific- 30 mins- This class integrates the main principles of exercising with diabetes to improve overall health, reduce blood glucose levels and improve insulin sensitivity. You don’t have to be diabetic to join in! This class will also help to prevent the disease! 

Heart Smart - 40 mins - This class is to get the heart pumping to grow stronger. You will work up a little bit of a sweat, working out at a moderate to high intensity. This class aims at improving your cardiovascular health, to become fitter and to increase your energy levels throughout the day.

Strong Fit - 50 mins Circuit style class working on everything! We work on your strength, cardio, core and balance. This class will give you an overall total body workout, for the muscles and heart!

Walking group - 45 mins - Various walks around the Bondi Junction area. Meet at clinic no later than 5 mins prior to starting time.
